Order Status

a. How do I check the status of my order?
Please tap on “My Orders” section under main menu of website to check your order status. All details related to tracking of your order will be sent to you as SMS over your registered mobile number and as an email to your registered email ID.
b. I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
  • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  • You may be required to information or short description of the case – A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario better.
  • The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
  • The refund for orders will be done after we have received back the product & undergone a thorough investigation of the raised issue.
  • You may not be liable for a refund incase of the following scenarios stated below:
  • If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
  • You must not dispose the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
c. What are the product Delivery Timelines?
Your product(s) is shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received by us. Post this, it takes 5-7 business days for your product(s) to reach you through our third party logistics provider depending on the location.

Return & Exchange

What is TFF’s Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?
If customers are not satisfied with the item they have received, The Forbidden Fruit™ will allow them to Return or Exchange the item for another size within 7 days, counting from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. A nominal shipping fee will have to be borne by the customer for both Exchange and Return. Consequently, The Forbidden Fruit™ cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items.
Once the items are received, The Forbidden Fruit™ will ensure they are in good condition and will dispatch the requested size in the case of an exchange or refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase in the case of refunds after deducting the nominal shipping fee.
Echoes: Greek Gods, Manga, Parental Advisory & Basics are collections that are made to order and hence not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Itachi Uchiha Shorts – The Itachi Uchiha shorts are made with a technique called All over Print. This means that the printing is done on the fabric and then it is cut into different pieces which get stitched to make your pair of shorts. Hence every pair is different from the one represented in the display image. Every order is made to order, hence not eligible for a return or exchange.
