a. How do I check the status of my order?
Please tap on “My Orders” section under main menu of website to check your order status. All details related to tracking of your order will be sent to you as SMS over your registered mobile number and as an email to your registered email ID.
b. I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
You may be required to information or short description of the case – A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario better.
The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
The refund for orders will be done after we have received back the product & undergone a thorough investigation of the raised issue.
You may not be liable for a refund incase of the following scenarios stated below:
If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
You must not dispose the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
c. What are the product Delivery Timelines?
Your product(s) is shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is received by us. Post this, it takes 3-7 business days for your product(s) to reach you through our third party logistics provider depending on the location.
Return & Exchange
We at The Forbidden Fruit strive every day to deliver the best & most unique products to our customers. Our relationship with our customers is of the utmost priority but for every relationship to flourish, both partners need to meet mid-way. To ease your journey from placing an order on our website to receiving the order at your doorstep, we strive harder. There are multiple teams on the backend who work day in and out to make this journey seamless.
All our products are ineligible for returns/refunds or exchanges owing to them being available only in limited quantities & often being made to order. We provide detailed size charts & fabric details in the description of all our products.
However, sometimes there might be a few misses such as a defective product reaching you OR missing items in your order. The policies below have been crafted to address the same.
If you end up with the following cases, we will help you at our best as mentioned -
In case of any damaged, incorrect or missing item, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery or else we will not be in a position to offer you any support.
In case of an incorrect/different item received other than the original item ordered, we will require an HD unboxing video of your order along with images to support the claim. Request you to allow us 2-3 days to refer to our in-house expert team for a quality check and if found valid – we will initiate a pickup of the product & issue you an exchange of the same product.

For any cases where size issues have been discussed and agreed upon for an exchange, we will initiate a pickup of the product. A nominal shipping charge has to be born by the customer depending on the address. However, the product needs to be in the same condition as the customer might have received with tags and labels intact.
Any damage to the print, crumpled up garment with creases etc. due to improper packing will be considered a damage that the customer needs to bear & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
If the product seems used/might have perfume fragrances etc – then they will not be eligible for an exchange & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
Products specially running on sales/discounts or bought via gift card options are explicitly not eligible for any exchanges or returns.
We do not offer a cancellation once the order is placed. Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled especially once the transaction has gone through.
Any type of a refund from The Forbidden Fruit will be transferred minus the nominal platform charges/Shipping fee.
